In 2020 Bayside was appointed the sole signage contractor of Wainhomes South West. The first major project we undertook was their newest site, New Church Town in St Eval, a few miles from the north coast of Cornwall.
This was a challenging, tight site nestle along the busy road into Newquay. We proposed to take advantage of this busy road frontage with a 150m full-colour hoarding. Luckily Wainhomes has some incredible photography which we utilised to the fullest extent, I think you’ll agree, it really does the job.
The hoarding sets the scene as you approach the site, then you are greeted with tray style leader boards, lifestyle signage on the car park fencing and finally a custom-fitted Sales and Marketing Suite with rear illuminated house type boards, custom made furniture and even a cushioned topped PPE & boot store.
Wainhomes have several sites going live in 2021, we can’t wait to start the next project.
